Live Well with Cancer cares about helping people in North Tyneside to live life fully with and beyond a cancer diagnosis. Our focus is on empowering people through self-help, mutual support and signposting to local services. We are a community that delivers flexible workshops, exercise classes and support groups that help people improve their health and wellbeing.
Live Well with Cancer host in- person and online workshops, events, and support groups to empower anyone affected by cancer to improve their health and wellbeing.

New Year on Nile Street
Join us at our Wellbeing Centre or downstairs in our community cafe as we welcome in 2025 with workshops, events and support groups that help you improve your health and wellbeing. Special thanks go to Greggs Foundation and Postcode Neighbourhood Trust for helping to make it all possible with their core cost funding.

The Wellbeing 9-a-Day
Developed in partnership with Transformational Learning, our range of wellness journals help you build the nine foundational habits of a healthy lifestyle. We'd like to thank Social AF, the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Northern Cancer Alliance for funding different versions of The Wellbeing 9-a-Day.

We are excited to share our latest wellness journal made in partnership with Transformational Learning. Funded by Northern Cancer Alliance through Community Foundation, The Wellbeing 9-a-Day: The Prehab Edition is an 8-week journal that helps patients prepare for treatment with effective prehabilitation.

Bailey's Bear
Bailey Wilson's story is so powerful it deserved its own kid's book! That's what our friends at North Standard thought when they donated £2,000 to fund Bailey's Bear, which tells the story of how Bailey got through his father's treatment with the help of a support bear.
