The Sleep Better Resources

If you live well, you sleep better. If you sleep well, you live better.

You spend over a third of your life sleeping. It plays a vital role in maintaining health. Live Well with Cancer and the Northern Cancer Alliance have partnered on a regional campaign to help people improve the quantity and quality of their sleep. We are hosting a series of Sleep workshops for patients and professionals throughout our region.​ For those who can't attend in person, we have a range of online educational resources to help people improve their sleep.

e-Learning course

We're excited to announce the new release of our 'The Sleep Better Series' e-Learning package that contains 6 modules of practical advice, quizzes on how to improve the quality, quantity and timing of your sleep. 

Sleep Masterclass 

The Sleep Masterclasses will form the basis of a series of eLearning courses that aim to empower people to improve their quantity and quality of sleep.

Products

We have an array of products both digital and physical from Sleep Journals (which trial volunteers can get their free copy of the first batch of prints) to Sleep tips and Sleep Better booklet that is available for download.

The Sleep Better Series

This course helps you improve your sleep by sharing valuable information on what sleep is, why it is important, and how you can improve it. Consisting of six modules, it includes a module designed to support healthcare professionals as they help patients sleep better.
