Sleep

Live Well with Cancer and the Northern Cancer Alliance have partnered on a regional campaign to help people improve the quantity and quality of their sleep. We are hosting a series of Sleep Masterclasses for patients and professionals throughout our region.

Generously funded by Newcastle Hospitals Charity, the first two workshops were held at St James' Park, where Prof. Jason Ellis and Fiona Clark received glowing praise. The Sleep Masterclasses will form the basis of a series of eLearning courses that aim to empower people to improve their quantity and quality of sleep.

Stay tuned for updates from this project!
