The Wellbeing 9-a-Day
Our Wellbeing 9-a-Day project helps you transform your health and wellness by building the nine habits of a healthy lifestyle. Join us from 11am-1pm on 8th May for an introductory session aimed at beginners of all ages. Learn how to progress on your journey, boost your health and improve your relationships as you connect with others in our community.
Veterans' Cancer Support Group
Starting 12th May, we are delighted to be hosting an informal drop-in for anyone who has served in the armed forces and their families. Led by Jim from Operation Veteran and Maureen from Live Well with Cancer, the monthly sessions will be held in our Live Well Hub from 2.15-3.30pm on the second Monday of the month.
Sleep and Wellbeing
Join us for a Sleep and Wellbeing masterclass from 6-7.30pm on 6th May and get your own copy of The Sleep Better Journal. Find out how you can improve your sleeping habits and enjoy the benefits of a good night’s sleep.
If you live well, you sleep better. If you sleep well, you live better.

Fatigue Masterclass
If you cannot make it to one of our regional Fatigue Masterclasses, join us for a pop-up talk on cancer-related fatigue given by Caroline Tweedie. Running from 11-1pm on 22nd May at our Live Well Hub, the session covers the causes and effects of fatigue and how you can manage it to improve your quality of life. Please email info@livewellwithcancer.co.uk for more information on our fatigue project.
